Kevin and his crew at Bueno Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my tankless water heater. As a person who has not had the best experiences with plumbing companies, I was resistant, but Kevin was extremely patient with my many questions and allayed my fears. Sal and Patrick installed the unit, and they were very respectful with my home and very polite. They cleaned up behind themselves, and the finished product was a very neat installation in terms of piping, insulation, painting, and texture. In addition to the labor aspect of the job, the person managing the office has been awesome. Kevin came by to finalize the job, which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Bueno Plumbing! P.S.: Shout out to Edgar who dealt with my confusion on an issue; sorry about that.
